NIEDAX GROUP enters into a strategic partnership through the acquisition of a majority stake in R&M Electrical Group.

SOUTHAMPTON, United Kingdom – NIEDAX GROUP announces the acquisition of a majority stake in R&M Electrical Group (R&M) effective 28February 2021.

The NIEDAX GROUP has made important inroads in the electrical installation services sector. R&M is a leading electrical distributor based in Southampton and specialised in large-scale projects of EPC contractors. In addition to a number of specialist divisions and offices in the UK, R&M has overseas offices in Asia, Azerbaijan, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, the Middle East and USA.
