At the station

At railway stations, the electrotechnical equipment must meet the highest requirements and safety regulations. Our STL fixed ladders and RS cable trays offer impressive stability, corrosion resistance and simple, efficient assembly.

We also offer our customers individually tailored solutions for safe electrical installation in trains, e.g. the mesh cable tray with accessories. Thanks to this, not only is personal protection ensured in an emergency, but also the power supply of elementary functions.

At the track

Along the rail, our new compact buried cable channel KFS-0A stands out for its performance. The KFS-0A is an innovative, compact cable management system made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with a non-slip cover and pre-assembled longitudinal connectors. Further solutions are the cable junction box KVK and the standard profile system SP.

On steel bridges

Niedax brand products also ensure that power cables can be laid safely on steel bridges. The glass-fibre reinforced plastic products such as the cable tray of the KKL product series under the walkway are particularly suitable for this.

Gotthard Tunnel and Ceneri Base Tunnel

For the construction of the Gotthard and Ceneri Base Tunnels - two of the largest tunnel projects in the world - the Niedax Group has developed solutions that meet the highest safety requirements of tunnel construction.

Deployment in the world's largest tunnel project

Elementary for an efficient and safe electrical installation in tunnel systems in both tunnel projects was the early involvement of the project partner, who specialises in cable laying systems. In both cases, Niedax was involved from the very beginning - from engineering to questions about cable laying to installation.
